Community Service Council’s Center for Community School Strategies uses elements from the Community School model to help schools and communities develop, align and integrate resources and partnerships between schools, families and neighborhoods to create networks of support that lead to student success.
Community Service Council’s Child Care Resource Center offers quality child care resource and referral services to families, providers, businesses and the community. CCRC employs a staff of child care professionals with expertise in child development, early childhood, nutrition, nursing, social work, speech and occupational therapy, and more.
JumpStart Tulsa is the community outreach and engagement initiative for the Tulsa County Partnership for Early Childhood Success, operated by the Community Service Council. The partnership’s mission is to ensure all children in Tulsa County are healthy and ready to learn when entering school. Tulsa is one of eighteen partnerships in the statewide network Smart Start Oklahoma.
Smart Start Oklahoma is Oklahoma’s statewide early childhood initiative and serves as Oklahoma’s Early Childhood Advisory Council. Smart Start Oklahoma seeks to provide better opportunities for children and families and to lead Oklahoma in coordination of an early childhood system focused on strengthening families and school readiness for all children.
